摘要
为了解决电机运行状态监控过程中,采集到的机械旋转振动信号中存在工频干扰的问题,提出了一种新工频干扰消除算法。算法将工频干扰消除问题转化为盲信号分离问题,选用信号变化度作为信号分离的目标函数,利用布谷鸟优化算法对目标函数进行优化求解,通过对机械旋转振动信号和工频干扰信号的分离,从而实现对采集信号中工频干扰的消除。仿真实验表明,所提出算法对机械旋转振动信号中存在的工频干扰成分具有很好的抑制效果。
For solving the power interference problem in electrical machine operating state monitoring, a novel power interference suppression algorithm is proposed. The power interference suppression problem is transformed into blind signal separation problem by constructing observation signal artificially. The signal variability is chosen as the objective function afld the cuckoo search algorithm is used to optimize it. The power interference could be suppressed with the signals being separated. Simulation results show that the per- formance of the algorithm proposed is excellent for the power interference eliminating that exists in rotary mechanics vibration signal.
