长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在结直肠癌细胞的表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平调控基因的表达,参与肿瘤细胞的凋亡调控、肿瘤浸润与转移等过程中发挥着促癌或抑癌作用,有希望成为结直肠癌诊断及治疗中的新型分子标记物和治疗靶点。

In colorectal cancer,long non-coding RNA（ lncRNA） may act as the tumor promoter or tumor suppressor. It regulates gene expression at epigenetic level,transcriptional level and post-transcriptional level and may be involved in the regulation of multiple cellular biological processes,including apoptosis,tumor invasion and metastasis. lncRNA is hopefully to become the new type of molecular marker and therapeutic target in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
