基于一种冷补乳化沥青混合料的修正马歇尔试验方法研究

Based on Marshall Test Methods Study on Amendment of a Type of Cold Filling Emulsified Bituminous Mixture

采用室内试验方法,对一种用于公路冷补的乳化沥青混合料马歇尔试验方法进行了研究,得出了乳化沥青混合料马歇尔试件的养生条件、击实方法以及试验温度等关键参数。结果表明该冷补料马歇尔试件在60℃烘箱中养生48h后二次击实,与冷补路面的实际情况相符,在40℃水浴温度条件下进行马歇尔稳定度试验,其结果接近热沥青对比试件的试验结果。

Adopting the laboratory test method, studying Marshall Test Methods on a type of highway cold filling emulsified bituminous mixture, and reaching the conclusion that emulsified bituminous mixture - Marshall test specimen keeps in good health with twice compaction for 48 h at 60℃ baking oven, and it is in conformity with actual condition of cold filling pavement, conducting Marshall stability test under the condition of 40℃ bath temperature, its result close to heated asphalt in comparison with test results of the test specimen.
