摘要
通过不断修订目标管理指标体系,指导医院采用量化指标科学评价临床科室发展能力和贡献。采用专家咨询、层次分析等方法,对已构建的2012年医院临床科室目标管理指标体系进行修订,并与2013年医院实践数据进行分析比较。本指标体系可以量化考核临床科室发展能力和贡献水平,与预期目标基本一致,可以为医院改进临床科室考核评价工作提供客观依据。
Constant revision of the evaluation index system of management by objectives aimed to evaluate the development ability and contribution of clinical departments scientifically. The literature survey and expert consultation method were used to revise the evaluation index system in hospital. Statistical datas of a three-grade comprehensive hospital in 2012 and 2013 were analyzed empirically by this evaluation index system. The results showed that this system could be used to evaluate the development ability and contribution result of the clinical departments. It could provide an objective basis for us to improve the evaluation of the clinical departments of hospitals.
