摘要 针对2010年教育部正式提出的"卓越教师"创新培养工程进行分析,"卓越教师"的创新培养具有理论性与实践性,它贯彻了教育部的卓越人才培养精神,并总结了部分高校的试点经验。它可以从三个方面进行创新培养的改革:特色化地进行专业设置与培养方案的制订;多元化、个性化的课程安排与培养范式建构;以卓越为核心旨归建构具体的实训实习机制。 Excellent teacher training was produced officially by ministry of education in 2010. The innovation training of excellent teacher was of theoretical and practical. It implements the spirits of ministry of education. It also summaries experience of some universities. Its innovation is started from three aspects:formulation of specialty and training program characteristically,arranging curriculum individually and construction of training paradigm,construction of training and practice characteristic of excellence.
