摘要
教师职业认同已经逐渐成为一个独立的研究主题。分析了农村幼儿教师思想观念的边缘化、教育管理制度的边缘化、教育教学与科研的边缘化和教师专业发展的边缘化对农村幼儿教师职业认同的影响,并从这四个方面探索出提高农村教师职业认同感的有效措施。
In recent years teacher identity has gradually become an independent research subject. It studied impact on rural preschool teachers' occupation identity from marginalization of education management system,marginalization of rural preschool teachers' ideas,education and scientific research of marginalization and the professional development of teachers on the edge. From the four aspects it explore effective measures to improve rural teachers' occupation identity sense.
