高校学报编辑学术不端监控路径探析

为了抑制学术不端现象,探讨了高校学报编辑学术不端的监控路径,具体包括四个方面:通过审查作者身份与来稿的关系,杜绝胡乱署名现象;审查基金项目内容与论文是否一致,杜绝乱挂项目现象;通过系统查重、关键词检索,杜绝抄袭剽窃现象;审查参考文献,杜绝注释不规范现象。通过以上措施,可以从学术传播的源头一定程度上抑制学术不正之风。

In order to suppress the phenomenon of academic misconduct,it suggested that university journal monitoring could be implemented by the following four aspects,examining the relationship between authorship and the paper to eliminate random signature,reviewing the fund content consistent with this paper to prevent linking with other project,using academic misconduct detection system and keyword researching to put an end to the plagiarism,reviewing references to eliminate the non-standard annotation. The academic misconduct may be controlled from the source by the above four step reviews.
