联合用药治疗儿童溃疡性口腔炎效果分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Combination Therapy on Infant Dental Ulcer

目的:比较康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂与生理盐水联合碘甘油治疗儿童溃疡性口腔炎的疗效。方法:选取2011年3月-2014年2月在湖南省株洲市妇幼保健院就诊符合条件的患儿120例,按随机数字表法分为试验组60例和对照组60例。试验组用康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗,对照组用生理盐水联合碘甘油治疗,分别观察用药第3、5、7天的疗效并进行比较分析。结果:试验组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的61.67%;试验组治愈时间为(2.33±1.55)d,显著短于对照组的(4.28±1.75)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂能快速促进儿童溃疡性口腔炎的愈合,缩短病程,安全有效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To research the curative effect between Kang Fuxin liquid with Kai Houjian spray and Normal Saline with Iodine glycerin in treatment of infant dental ulcer.Method：120 cases in Women and Children Healthcare Hospital of ZhuZhou from March 2011 to February 2014 were chosen and divided into two groups according by random digit table.Test group was treated by Kang Fuxin liquid with Kai Houjian spray.Contrast group was treated by Normal Saline with Iodine glycerin.The effects of both groups were observed and analyzed on the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day.Result：The total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%,which was much higher than 61.67%of the contrast group.The average curing time of the test group was（2.33±1.55）d,which was much shorter than （4.28±1.75）d of the contrast group.Difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Kang Fuxin liquid with Kai Houjian spray in treatment of infant dental ulcer can accelerate wound healing rate,shorten the course of disease, it is safe and effective,can be used extensively in clinic.
