α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病认知功能障碍患者血清同型半胱氨酸的影响及机制探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病认知功能障碍患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响及可能机制。方法:根据简易精神状态量表(MMSE)将2型糖尿病患者分为认知功能障碍组(CI组)35例及无认知功能障碍组(NCI组)35例。同时选取正常对照组(NC组)35例。CI组及NCI组给予α-硫辛酸治疗2周,NC组给予生理盐水对照。检测治疗前后各组的Hcy水平。结果:CI组及NCI组的Hcy水平较NCI组均明显升高,且CI组高于NCI组(P<0.05)。治疗后,CI组及NCI组的Hcy水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);CI组较NCI组降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高Hcy血症可加重糖尿病认知功能障碍,α-硫辛酸有预防和治疗的作用。 Objective:To determine the effect ofα-lipoic acid on serum homocysteine(Hcy)of type 2 diabetes with cognitive impairment and the mechanism.Method:According to the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) score,the type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,one including 35 cases with cognitive impairment(the CI group),the other with 35 cases with non-cognitive impairment(the NCI group);and 35 normal participants were selected as the control group(the NC group). The CI group and the NCI group were treated withα-lipoic acid for 2 weeks,and who in the NC group were treated with normal saline. Hcy was measured before and after treatment of the three groups.Result:Before treatment,the Hcy level of the CI group and the NCI group was significantly higher than that in the NC group,and the CI group was higher than that in the NCI group(P〈0.05). After the treatment ofα-lipoic acid,the Hcy level of the CI group and NCI group was significantly lower than before(P〈0.05);and the CI group was lower than that in the NCI group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Hyperhomocysteinemia can aggravate the diabetic cognitive impairment,andα-lipoic acid is effective on the prevention and treatment of it.
