双镜联合下尿道会师术治疗急性后尿道完全断裂的临床应用

Clinical Application of Double Endoscopy Combined with Lower Urethral Realignment for Treating Acute Posterior Urethral Disruption

目的:探讨双镜联合下尿道会师术治疗急性后尿道完全断裂的临床应用价值。方法:选取2007年6月-2013年6月本院收治的急性后尿道完全断裂患者70例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组38例和对照组32例。观察组患者行双镜联合下尿道会师术,对照组患者行耻骨上膀胱切开尿道会师术。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及并发症情况。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双镜联合下尿道会师术治疗急性后尿道完全断裂是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,具有创伤小、并发症少、手术时间短等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of double mirror with urethral realignment in the treatment of acute posterior urethral rupture.Method：70 patients with acute posterior urethral rupture in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2013 were selected,according to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group（n=38）and the control group（n=32）,the observation group were treated with double endoscopy combined with lower urethral realignment,the control group underwent suprapubic cystotomy urethral realignment. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and complications of two groups were compared.Result：In the observation group,operation time,intraoperative bleeding and complications were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Under the endoscopy combined with urethral reunion operation in treating acute posterior urethral disruption is a safe,effective treatment,has the advantages of small trauma,less complications, shorter operation time,is worth the clinical promotion.
