摘要
我国煤多油少,发展以煤合成的甲醇为原料的甲醇制烯烃(MTO)工艺技术对我国具有重大意义。通过RBI评估与装置腐蚀案例,类比MTO装置与石化类似装置催化裂化装置反应再生部分、乙烯裂解装置急冷部分的特殊性;详细描述了MTO装置主要存在的损伤机理:有机酸、347H材料的敏化等问题;提出了MTO装置主要腐蚀监测部位与工艺防腐管理方法,为后续MTO装置的安全运行提供了技术保障。
Comparing with oil, there are more coal reserves in China. Methanol which is produced from coal is significant to the technology of methanol to olefins( MTO) .
