黎族通瘀去炎汤的药效学初步和急性毒性实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨通瘀去炎汤对小鼠急性毒性实验、抗炎、止血及化瘀的作用。方法:采用最大给药量测定方法评价通瘀去炎汤的毒性,采用小鼠耳廓肿胀测定方法和玻片法分别测定通瘀去炎汤的抗炎作用及凝血时间,采用鸡红细胞吞噬法对化瘀作用进行评价。结果:通瘀去炎汤达到最大给药量160g/kg时未见毒性反应;通瘀去炎汤高、中、低剂量组(16 g/kg、8g/kg、4g/kg)均能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05)、能加速小鼠凝血的时间(P<0.05)、显著提升小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力,增加吞噬率与吞噬指数(P<0.05)。结论:通瘀去炎方具有良好的抗炎、止血、化瘀作用,且安全阈值较高。 Objective To study acute toxicity and pharmacodynamic effects of anti - inflammatory, hemostasia and removing blood stasis of Tongyuquyantang (TYQY) . Methods Acute toxicity of TYQY was evaluated by determination of maximum dose, the anti - inflammatory effect and clotting time were determined by mouse ear swelling and slide method, and stasis effect was evaluated by chicken erythrocytes phagoeytosis. Results The maximum dose of TYQY (160g/kg) has no toxicity. TYQY ( 16g/kg, 8g/kg, 4g/ kg) could significantly inhibit mouse ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene (P 〈0. 05 ), accelerate clotting time (P 〈0. 05 ), significantly improve the ability of murine macrophage phagocytosis, increase phagocytic rate and phagocytic index ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion TYQY has a good effect of anti - inflammatory, hemostasis , removing blood stasis, and has the advantages of high safety threshold.
