摘要
目的:建立注射用头孢唑林钠中头孢唑林的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,C18柱(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-磷酸氢二钠、枸橼酸溶液(13∶87);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:254nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μl。结果:头孢唑林在浓度40~200μg/ml的范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。结论:该法简单,专属性强,准确度高,便于对注射用头孢唑林钠的质量控制。
Objective To estabilish a method for the determination of cefazolin sodium for injection. Method HPLC C18 (4. 6 ×150mm, 5μm) column was used with acetonitrile- disodium hydrogen phosphate and citric Acid ( 13: 87) . The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wave length was 254nm. The column temperature was at 25℃ , and the inject volume was 10μl. Results The linearities of cefazolin sodium were obtained separately over the rang of were 40 -200μg/ml (r =0. 9999) o Conclusion This Method is simple, accurate, and could be adopted for the quality control of this durg.
