环磷腺苷葡胺联合曲美他嗪治疗病毒性心肌炎70例临床观察

Clinical effect observation of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with trimetazidine tablets in treating viral myocarditis

目的:探讨环磷腺苷葡胺联合曲美他嗪治疗病毒性心肌炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将病毒性心肌炎140例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组70例。两组均常规给予黄芪注射液、大剂量维生素C、辅酶A、三磷酸腺苷治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上使用环磷腺苷葡胺180mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注,每日一次,口服曲美他嗪片20mg/次,3次/天,治疗2周;对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服曲美他嗪片20mg/次,3次/天,治疗2周。结果:治疗组有效率为91.43%,对照组有效率为70%,两组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组患者症状改善程度、心电图及心肌酶学恢复优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应无明显差异。结论:环磷腺苷葡胺联合曲美他嗪治疗病毒性心肌炎患者临床疗效好,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with trimetazidine tablets in treating viral myocarditis. Methods 140 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were routinely treated with astragalus injection, high doses of vitamin C, coenzyme A and adenosine triphos- phate. The treatment group was treated with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for injection 180mg once a day and trimetazidine tab- lets three times each day on the basis of routine treatment. Both groups were treated for two weeks. Results The effective rate was 91.43% in the treated group and that of the control group was 70.00%. It was a significant difference between the two groups （p 〈 0. 05） . The improving clinical symptoms , electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymes in treat group was significant better than the control group （p 〈 0.05） . Adverse reactions was not significant difference. Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of treating viral myocarditis by meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for injection combined with trimetazidine tablets is effective.
