大学生软技能培养探索——以深圳职业技术学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 高职院校学生软技能的培养,是基于学生就业特点、长期发展需要和企业用人标准启动的。深圳职业技术学院作为国家级示范院校,创新探索学生软技能的培养。本文分析了高职院校学生软技能培养的背景,阐述了软技能的内涵、特点和软技能的培养方式。重点介绍了文化育人和协同育人的相关创新探索。
