高职院校教师应具有教育教学能力、专业实践能力、科学研究能力和社会服务能力,这些能力有其相应的评价标准和评价方法,可通过开展职业院校教师能力培训与测试工作,促进高职院校教师能力的提高。

Teachers in higher vocational colleges should have teaching ability, professional practical skills, scientific research and social service ability, which have its corresponding evaluation standards and evaluation methods. Through training and testing, teachers’ability can be improved in higher vocational colleges.
