摘要
马卡连柯前景教育思想提出,在教育过程中,教育者要经常给学生集体提出一个或几个任务,这些任务必须通过一定努力才能完成,从而培养学生对前途的希望。其中的"明日快乐论"、个人前景与集体前景相结合等思想,对我国中等职业教育的理想教育、人格教育和意志力教育具有启示。
Makarenko’s Prospect Theory was put forward in the process of education that students collective should often to be given one or several tasks which can be completed through certain effort, so as to cultivate their hope and prospect for the fu-ture. Tomorrow’s happiness theory and combination of personal future and the collective prospect etc. provide enlightenment on ideal education, personality education and willpower education for secondary vocational education.
