经济开发区管理机构法律地位问题探析

改革开放以来,我国经济开发区发展迅速,与此不相适应的是,其法制建设相对滞后。尤其是对于开发区管理机构的法律地位问题,无论是认识上,还是实践上均存在诸多误区。这种状况不利于开发区进一步发展,甚至产生了诸多负面的影响。建议立法将一般的开发区管委会定为政府的派出机关,而对从事开发区管理的开发公司定性为法律法规授权的组织。
