大学校长是"学校发展的灵魂",大学校长职业化是现代社会与大学自身发展的需求。通过回望大学校长职业化的基本内涵,分析大学校长职业化异化现实样态,提出大学校长职业化优化路向,以期对大学校长职业化起积极促进作用。
The president of a university president is the soul for the development of the university. The presidents＆#39; professionalization results from the need of the development of modern society and university. Through reviewing the intention of university president＆#39;s professionalization, analyzing the alienated professionalization, the paper probes into directions for optimizing the president＆#39;s professionalization, hoping to propel the professionalization of university president.
