摘要
冲突规范的基本理论、制度及具体运用是国际私法学课程教学的本体,统一实体法不应纳入课程教学内容。国际私法总则是基础,分则是具体运用,程序是争议解决的手段,总则的教学内容应占1/2以上课时数。国际私法课程教学方法的改革即采用"互动式"的教学方法,且与多种教学手段联合运用。学校制度层面的合理规定是国际私法学课程教学改革不能忽视的重要因素,也是课程任课教师对教学改革的期许。
Basic concepts, systems and specific applications of conflict rules, rather than uniform substantial law, are the main body of private international law courses. General provisions of private international law are the basis while the specific provisions of applications and procedures are means of dispute resolutions. Teaching time arrangement of general provisions should not be less than 50% of the whole teaching time arrangement. The educational reform of teaching method should involve an interactive teaching method combined with multiple strategies. The reasonable rules and regulations of the law school should be respected, which is in conformity with the teaching faculty's expectation.
