摘要
目的探讨"一提高三主动"护理模式在骨外科优质护理服务中的应用效果,为深入推进优质护理服务提供经验。方法将2010年10月—2012年9月收治的1 786例患者分成研究组(948例)和对照组(838例),对照组给予常规护理管理模式;研究组给予"一提高三主动"护理管理模式,即提高专科护理水平以解决服务能力和质量问题,主动开口服务、主动观察病情、主动抓落实。结果研究组护理质量,患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "一提高三主动"护理管理模式能为患者提供优质护理服务,提高护理质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the＆quot;One Improvement And Three Active＆quot;nursing care mode in high quality nursing service of the department of orthopedics and provide experience to create high quality nursing service ward in the department of orthopedics.Methods 1786 patients from 2010,Oct. to 2012,Sept. ware divided into observation group（n=838） and the control group（n=948）.The routine nursing care mode was taken in the control group;the＆quot;One Improvement And Three Active＆quot;nursing care mode （improve the level of nursing service to solve the problems of service ability and quality ,active to service ,active to observe the illness ,active to implement） was taken in the observation group.Results In the＆quot;One Improvement And Three Active＆quot;nursing care mode the quality of nursing service ,the satisfaction of patients,nurse to head nurse and doctors was significantly higher than observation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The＆quot;One Improvement And Three Active＆quot;nursing care mode can provide high quality nursing service ,improve the quality of nursing ,improve satisfaction of patients,nurses and doctors .
