喉全切患者心理护理的价值探讨

To investigate the value of psychological nursing for total laryngectomy patient

目的探讨喉全切患者心理护理的价值及重要性。方法将我科2009年8月—2012年12月间收治的32例喉全切患者分为2组,观察组实施常规护理,对照组在观察组的基础上给予心理护理。观察比较2组患者的平均住院时间。结果观察组患者住院日延长,与对照组之间存在显著差异。结论心理护理不到位,将给喉全切患者造成身心痛苦及经济负担,须引起临床的重视。

Objective To investigate the value and significance of psychological nursing for total laryngectomy patient.Methods Divide the total laryngectomy patients of our department in recent three years into two groups, in which, the observation group consists of patients with complication due to insufficient psychological nursing, and the comparison group consists of patients with adequate psychological nursing.Compare and observe the average length of stay for two groups, conduct statistical treatment.Results The length of stay for observation group is longer, which makes significant difference with that of comparison group.Conclusion Insufficient psychological nursing will cause physical and mental pains as well as economic burden for patients. Therefore, adequate psychological nursing is very important.
