对我国优秀三级跳远选手技术特征的分析

Analysis on the Technical Characteristics of China's Famous Triple Jump Athlete

通过文献资料法、录像分析法对我国著名三级跳远运动员曹硕在2010年亚运会和2011年昆山举行的三级跳远的比赛录像资料进行解析,整理获取相关数据,通过对助跑速度、三跳腾起角度、时相速度利用率和三跳比例等技术参数的分析,得出其技术特征及存在的问题,为我国三级跳远选手技术的进一步提高提供技术参考。

In this paper, through literature, video and other methods, analyzing China＇ s famous triple jump athlete- Cao Shuo via his video data at the 2010 Asian Games and at the 2011 triple jump competition in Kunshan, thus access to relevant data, through the analysis of the running speed, the take-off angle of each jump, phase speed utilization ratio and proportion of the three jumps, his technical parameters, technical characteristics and the existing problems could be accessed. This provides technical reference for the further improvement of China＇s triple jump athletes.
