摘要
以NH3·H2O为内水相试剂,采用乳状液膜法提取溶液中的Ni2+,对提取镍后的乳液进行破乳,对离心破乳法、超声波破乳法、加热破乳法、以及加热-离心联合法进行实验研究。实验结果表明,采用加热-离心联合破乳法效果理想,破乳率可达98%。膜相经四次重复利用后,乳液对镍的提取效率仍可达90%。
An emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) process of Span80-TBP-NH3 · H2O extract Nickel(Ⅱ) from waste water has been presented.The main purpose of this paper was to study on demulsification and repeated using of membrane phase.Ultrasonic demulsification,centrifugal demulsification,heating demulsification,and heating-centrifugal demulsification were used in our work.The result indicated that:by heating-centrifugal combined emulsion breaking,the emulsion breaking rate may reach 98%.Additionally,the membrane phase can be recovered,and the removing rate of Nickel(Ⅱ) was still up to 90% after being used for four times.
