摘要
利用有限元分析方法,建立重载车低压铸造铝合金轮毂、试验加载轴、螺栓连接件的有限元模型,施加合理的边界条件进行弯曲疲劳试验模拟研究。通过设置接触对以及相关参数,对轮毂按照台架试验要求进行周向加载,得出轮毂在循环中的高应力区域。运用疲劳寿命中的名义应力法以及FE-SAFE软件估算轮毂疲劳寿命。结果表明:轮毂通风口之间对数寿命相对较低,但满足国标规定最低循环次数。
Finite element model for a wheel of low tension casting for a heavy duty truck,shaft,bolts connection is established by using the finite element analysis method and reasonable loading and boundary conditions are applied to simulate the bending fatigue test.Using FEA software ANSYS,the model is established,contact pairs and related parameters are settled and high stress area and the stress value of the wheel hub circle loading can be got after the testing.The wheel hub fatigue life is estimated through the nominal stress calculation method in the theory of fatigue life and FE-SAFE software estimation system.The fatigue life of the wheel hub has been predicted when it is designed,the result indicates that life of the wheel vent logarithmic is relatively lower,but meets the national standard for minimum cycles.
