新型城镇化视角下外语导游行业发展研究

A Study on the Development of Foreign Language Tourism Guides from the Perspective of New Urbanization

随着新型城镇化的持续推进,福建省旅游产业将迎来快速发展。在吸引更多境外游客、出入境旅游日益活跃的同时,福建省对于外语导游人才的需求也越来越大。鉴于目前存在的供需矛盾突出、人才结构不合理等问题,福建省外语导游人才培养模式亟须调整和改革。为促进福建省外语导游行业发展,提出五点建议:政社合力培养人才、抓好教育培训、巩固传统市场、发展乡村旅游以及开发出入境客源。

With the ongoing new urbanization, the tourism industry of Fujian province will see a rapid development. The entry and exit travel is prevailing while the need of foreign language tourism guides is increasing. In view of the imbalance between the need and supply and the unreasonable talent structure, the cultivating mode of foreign language tourism guides is in urgent need of adjustment and innovation. In order to boost the development of foreign language tourism guides industry, five points of suggestion are put forward in the paper, which are cooperation between the government and travel agencies, innovation of education and training mode, traditional market maintenance, rural tourism development and tourists source exploration.
