复方利多卡因乳膏在小儿静脉穿刺留置针术中的应用

Application of Compound Lidocaine Cream in Indwelling Venipuncture Needle of Children

目的:探讨复方利多卡因乳膏在小儿静脉穿刺留置针中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年1月本院需静脉注射治疗的患儿160例,随机数字表法分为观察组80例和对照组80例。观察组在穿刺前在穿刺点给予涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏,对照组碘伏消毒后按照常规穿刺。观察比较两组患儿的穿刺疼痛评分、穿刺成功率及患儿家长对穿刺操作的满意度。结果:观察组患儿的VAS评分低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组穿刺成功率为98.8%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长的满意度为86.2%,对照组家长的满意度为48.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿静脉穿刺留置针术中应用复方利多卡因乳膏能减轻患儿疼痛,提高穿刺成功率及家长对护士穿刺操作的满意度。

Objective： To explore the application effect of compound lidocaine cream in indwelling venipuncture needle of children. Method： 180 children treated with indwelling venipuncture needle in our hospital from January 2013 to Janusdy 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experiment group （ n=80 ） and control group （ n=80 ） . The experiment group was given compound lidocaine cream on puncture point before puncture ; the control group was punctured on the basis of routine disinfection after rubbing common hand cream. Visual analogue scale （ VAS ）, puncture success rate and satisfactory rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Result： VAS of the experiment group was lower than that of control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05） . Puncture success rate of experiment group was 98.8%, which was higher than that of control group （ 72.5% ）, there was significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Satisfactory rate of experiment group was 86.2%, and 48.8% in control group, there was significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The application of compound lidocaine cream in indwelling venipunture needle of children can reduce the pain, improve the success rate and satisfactory rate of puncture.
