改良圆利针聚刺膝周筋结治疗骨性关节炎46例疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Blunt Tip Round Needle Therapy on 46 Cases of Osteoarthritis by Polyacupuncturing Tendons Nodules of Knee

目的:探讨改良圆利针聚刺膝周筋结治疗骨性关节炎的临床优势。方法:选取2012年8月-2014年3月在本科就诊的92例骨性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各46例。观察组用改良圆利针刺配合药物注射,1次/周,最多治疗5次;对照组用推拿、毫针刺配合药物注射,1次/d,共治疗1个月。观察比较两组患者治疗后、治疗后6个月的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后的优良率84.8%明显高于对照组的63.0%,差异有统计学意义(字2=5.64,P=0.018),而两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(字2=3.38,P=0.066);观察组治疗6个月后的优良率81.0%明显高于对照组的33.3%,总有效率100%明显高于对照组的71.8%,差异均有统计学意义(字2=18.83,P=0.000;字2=13.71,P=0.000)。结论:改良圆利针刺治疗骨性关节炎,优良率高,远期疗效佳,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical advantage of blunt tip round needle therapy in treatment of osteoarthritis by ploy-acupuncturing tendons nodules around the knee joint.Method：92 patients with osteoarthritis in our hospital from August 2012 to March 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by blunt tip needling via poly-prick skill combined with medicinal implant once a week,5 times at most,and the control group was treated with filiform needles acupuncture and medicine injection once-daily for a month.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were observed and compared after treatment and after 6 months of treatment.Result：After treatment,the excellence rate of the observation group was 84.8%,it was significantly higher than the 63.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.64,P=0.018）,and the total effective rate of the two groups was no statistically significant difference（χ2=3.38,P=0.066）.After 6 months of treatment,the excellence rate of the observation group was 81.0%,it was significantly higher than the 33.3%of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,it was significantly higher than the 71.8%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（χ2=18.83,P=0.000;χ2=13.71,P=0.000）.Conclusion：The poly-acupuncture with blunt tip round needle has satisfactory curative effect than that of filiform needles acupuncture with significant clinical excellence rate,especially from the long-term effect,is worthy of clinical promotion.
