摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进理论在本院门诊处方点评中的应用。方法:基于计划、执行、检查、处理(PDCA)循环法,对处方点评工作采取过程管理,按《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》中规定的项目和方法统计分析,制定改进措施进行持续质量改进。结果:处方合格率由改进前的85%、87%、86%提高到改进后的89%、90%、92%、95%、96%、98%。结论:在门诊处方点评中引进持续质量改进管理方法,提高了门诊处方的质量,促进了合理用药。
Objective: To investigate the theory of continuous quality improvement in comments of our hospital outpatient prescriptions.Method:Based on the method of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle,the work of prescription comments was taken process management.According to the projects and methods in"The way of prescription management"and"The management practices of hospital prescription review(Trial)"as specified in the statistical analysis,some improved measures were formulated and then continuous quality improvement were conducted.Result:The pass rate of prescription was 85%,87% and 86% before,but after improved they increased to 89%,90%,92%,95%,96%and98%.Conclusion:Using continuous quality improvement to improve the methods of management in outpatient prescription comments,it can improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions,and promote the rational use of drugs.
