摘要
目的:探讨臭氧治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年4月-2014年4月本院收治的100例RVVC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各50例,试验组给予臭氧治疗配伍口服伊曲康唑胶囊治疗,对照组给予10%黄苦洗剂冲洗配伍口服伊曲康唑胶囊治疗,两组治疗后均行局部上药硝呋太尔制霉菌素软胶囊。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后局部体征评分变化情况、治疗费用、假丝酵母菌转阴率以及复发率。结果:试验组的治愈率、总有效率、假丝酵母菌转阴率均明显高于对照组,3个月内复发率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后局部体征评分均明显低于治疗前,试验组治疗后局部体征评分明显低于对照组,且治疗费用明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧治疗RVVC治愈率高、复发率低,能够显著改善患者局部症状,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of ozone in the treatment of recurrent volvovaginal candidias. Method:100 patients with RVVC in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The experiment group was given ozone combination with fluconazole,the control group was given 10%yellow bitter lotion flush combination with oral itraconazole capsules.The clinical effects,local symptoms score changes before and after treatment,treatment cost,negative conversion ratio and recurrence rate of candida between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The cure rate,total effective rate and negative conversion ratio of candida in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the recurrence rate in 3 months of the experiment group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The local symptoms score after treatment of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the local symptoms score after treatment of the experiment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the treatment cost of the experiment group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:It has high cure rate,lower recurrence rate for the patients with RVVC by ozone,can significantly improve the local symptoms of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
