摘要
目的:探讨采取良姿位摆放对脑卒中急性期偏瘫患者偏瘫肢体痉挛的影响。方法:将100例脑卒中急性期偏瘫患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。两组均予神经内科常规处理及针灸、康复训练等综合治疗,观察组在此基础加上良姿位摆放,护理4周后比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组上、下肢肌张力评级情况均优于对照组,其中0级、2级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Barthel指数评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中急性期偏瘫患者采取良姿位摆放,可明显控制患者瘫痪肢体肌张力的增高,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To discuss on the effect of good posture nursing for acute stroke patients with hemiplegic limb spasm spasticity.Method：100 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 50 cases. Both groups were given the neurology conventional treatment,acupuncture and rehabilitation training comprehensive treatment,and the observation group was given good posture nursing based on this. After 4 weeks,the nursing effect was evaluated between the two groups.Result：After nursing,upper,lower limb muscle tension on the ratings of the observation group were superior to the control group,and the level 0,2 levels of comparative difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the Barthel index score between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with acute cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia adopt the good posture nursing,can obviously increase the patients’paralyze limb muscle tension control and improve the life quality of patients.
