不良口腔习惯与牙齿疾病的相关分析与研究

The Related Analysis and Research of Poor Oral Habits and Dental Diseases

目的:探讨不良口腔习惯与牙齿疾病的相关性。方法:采用多阶段等容量随机抽样方法在2011年7月-2012年12月将从南昌市若干小学、中学抽取的1200名中小学生作为研究对象,单位自行设计调查问卷,对上述1200名学生进行口腔检查并做相关的问卷调查。结果:在被调查的1200名中小学生中,各种不良口腔习惯发生人数为451名(37.58%),吮指、唇习惯、咬物占的比重较大;各种牙齿疾病发生人数494名(41.17%),龋齿、牙颌发育畸形占的比重较大;有不良口腔习惯的451名中小学生中398名(88.25%)患有牙齿疾病,无不良口腔习惯的749名中小学生中有96名(12.82%)患有牙齿疾病,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙齿疾病与不良口腔习惯密切相关,对中小学生进行必要的口腔宣教,家长平时加强对儿童不良口腔习惯的早期纠正,可以有效地预防牙齿疾病。

To investigate the poor oral habits and dental disease relevance.Method：1200 primary and middle school students from July 2011 to December 2012 in Nanchang several primary,secondary schools were selected as the research objects by the capacity of multi-stage random sampling method.The questionnaire was designed by the unit,oral examination of the 1200 students and the relevant questionnaire were carried out.Result：In the survey of 1200 primary and middle school students,the number of poor oral habits had 451 cases（37.58%）,the proportion of thumb sucking,lip habits and were relatively large.The number of various dental diseases had 494 cases（41.17%）,the proportion of dental caries and dental malformations were relatively large.There were 398 cases（88.25%）with periodontal disease in 451 primary and secondary school students with bad oral habits.There were 96 cases（12.82%）with periodontal disease in 749 primary and secondary school students without bad oral habits,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dental disease is closely related to poor oral habits,the necessary oral health education is carried out in primary and middle school students,parents usually strengthen early correction for poor oral habits of children,can effectively prevent dental disease.
