真空冷冻干燥领域中国专利分析

Analysis of China Patent on Vacuum Freeze-drying Field

以中国专利数据为样本,从年度申请量、专利类型、区域分布以及申请人等角度详细剖析了国内真空冷冻干燥领域的专利技术发展状况。研究表明:在真空冷冻干燥领域,我国专利申请量增长较快,但其中相当一部分专利创新性不高,应予以重视。指出了真空冷冻干燥领域的技术发展方向,为我国专利申请人今后确定研发方向和制定专利保护策略提供了参考。

Taking relevant Chinese patent data as analytical sample and starting from the annual quantity of patent application,patent types and distribution as well as the applicants,the domestic patent technology development in vacuum freeze-drying field was analyzed to show that the application quantity for patents in vacuum freeze-drying field in China increases rapidly,but some of them lacks creativity and attaching importance to it becomes necessary. The direction of patent technology development in vacuum freeze-drying field provides the reference for patent applicant in determining the research direction and making patent protection strategy.
