摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对一个用于氨制冷装置的带接管压力储罐在静态分析的基础上进行了预应力影响下的结构模态分析,确定了储罐的前6阶模态参数和振型,发现第三阶振型在频率476.5Hz振动时接管下端部位移过大与储罐内壁发生干涉,此结果为压力储罐结构优化设计提供了参考。
Based on statically analyzing nozzle-attached pressure vessel in an ammonia refrigeration device,the structure modality analysis of the pre-stressed nozzle-attached pressure storage tank was implemented through ANSYS software to determine tank's modal parameters of the first six-order and its vibration modes.The results show that when frequency of the third order mode stays at 476. 5Hz,the obvious displacement of nozzle's lower end can incur interference to the tank's inner wall,this provides the reference for pressure tank structure's optimization design.
