摘要
针对井下工况设计了集螺旋片导流、旋流除砂和沉降除砂为一体的新型单出口井下旋流除砂器结构。基于混合模型和雷诺应力湍流模型,针对采出液粘度对内流特性及分离性能的影响进行了数值模拟。结果表明,采出液粘度在1.5~20.0mPa·s范围内变化,对旋流除砂器流场切向速度影响最大,而对轴向速度和径向速度的影响并不大,切向速度和沉降段轴向滑移速度随采出液粘度的增加而急剧下降。随着采出液粘度增加,分离效率急剧下降,甚至失效,压力降也会随之减小。
A new cyclone desander which boasting of single outlet and having spiral deflectors,cyclone desanding and the sediment separation integrated. Based on both mixed model and Reynolds stress turbulence model,having viscosity effect of produced liquid on flow characteristics and separating property simulated shows that the produced liquid's viscosity ranging from 1. 5 to 20 mPa. s affects the tangential velocity greatly but does less on both axial and radial velocities; and both tangential velocity and axial slip velocity in settling section drops sharply with the increase of viscosity of the produced liquid; and viscosity increase of the produced liquid makes separating efficiency drop sharply or becomes invalid together with the pressure drop.
