白内障患者心理弹性状况及影响因素研究

Study on psychological resilience condition and its influence factors of cataract patients

目的:探讨白内障患者心理弹性状况及影响因素,为改善白内障患者身心健康提供依据。方法:采用心理弹性量表、症状自评量表、艾森克人格问卷、社会支持量表对110例白内障患者进行问卷调查。结果:(1)白内障患者心理弹性得分为(57.23±9.96)分,显著低于国内常模(P<0.05);(2)不同病程、年龄段、文化程度的患者心理弹性得分不同;(3)病程、年龄段、文化程度、SCL-90、内外向、社会支持对心理弹性有57.0%的预测作用。结论:白内障患者心理弹性较差,文化程度、病程、年龄、SCL-90、人格特质、社会支持是其重要的影响因素,护士应重视患者存在的心理问题,提高心理弹性,以促进其身心健康。

To study the resilience and influence factors of cataract patients and supply a reference for their physical and mental health .[Method] The totally 110 cataract patients who were treated in HangZhou Second People’s hospital were in-vestigated with Connor -Davidson Resilience Scale ,Eysenck personality questionnaire ,symptom checklist and social support scale .[Result] （1） The score of resilience of catarac patients was 57 .23 ± 9 .96 ,which was lower than the domestic norm （P〈0 .05 ）;（2 ） The score of resilience of cataract patients were differed in different course of disease ,age ,and education;（3 ） The result of multiple regression shows that the extraversion and neuroticism have predictive ability （57 .0% ） . [Conclusion ] The score of resilience of cataract patients was lower ,level of education course of disease ,age ,SCL-90 ,personality and so-cial support were all important affecting factors for resilience .Nurse should paid more attention to psychosocial problem of the cataract patients ,and improve their resilience to keep healthy .
