摘要
以机组作业速度(3.6,4.5,5.4 km·h-1)和清秸刚齿入土深度(20、30和40 mm)为影响因素,以拖拉机功耗、滑转率和燃油消耗率为目标函数,采用二因素三水平正交试验对2BMFJ-3型茬地大豆免耕覆秸精量播种机功耗与油耗特性进行了研究。结果表明:随着机组作业速度和清秸刚齿入土深度的增加,拖拉机功耗和滑转率呈线性增加趋势,燃油消耗率呈线性减小趋势;机组最佳作业参数组合为机组作业速度为4.5 km·h-1和清秸刚齿入土深度20 mm,此时拖拉机功耗15.80 kW、滑转率13.95%、燃油消耗率341.6 g·kW-1·h-1。2BMFJ-3型茬地大豆免耕覆秸精量播种机理论配套动力为17.56 kW四轮驱动拖拉机。
The orthogonal experiment of two factors with three levels was employed to analyze power and fuel consumption characteristics of 2BMF-3 no-tillage soybean precision seeder in a stubble field.Operating speed of unit(3.6,4.5,5.4km·h-1) and cutting depth of the rigid-tooth(20,30,40 mm) were selected as input variables,and power consumption,slip rate and fuel consumption rate were selected as response functions.The results indicated that,with increase of operating speed of unit or cutting depth of the rigid-tooth,both power consumption and slip rate of tractor would increase while fuel consumption rate decrease; when the operating speed of unit was 4.5 km·h-1and the cutting depth of the rigid-tooth was 20 mm,the tractor power consumption,slip rate and fuel consumption rate was 15.80 kW,13.95% and 341.6 g·kW-1·h-1,respectively.Optimal mating power of 2BMFJ-3 no-tillage soybean precision seeder in stubble field was 17.56 kW tractor of four-wheel drive.
