摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种由dsRNA起始的转录后基因沉默机制。近年来,RNAi技术在植物抗线虫研究方面得到广泛的应用。随着线虫基因组测序工作的不断推进,越来越多的线虫基因被开发继而当作RNA干扰的靶基因,其中以寄生线虫的生长发育或寄生过程建立等所必需的基因作为RNAi的目的基因是防治线虫的新方法,也是培育抗性品种的新选择。文章介绍了在RNAi研究中,所选择的植物寄生线虫基因的种类及其研究进展。 RNAi(RNA interference) is a post-transcriptional gene silencing mechanism which is initiated by dsRNA.Recently,RNAi is widely applied in plant-parasitic nematode resistance.With the proceeding of nematode genome sequencing,more and more genes are explored as target genes for RNAi to improve the resistance to plant-parasitic nematodes.Among those genes,parasitism,development and mRNA metabolism related genes are suitable choices for RNAi and it is an alternative approach to engineer resistance to nematode.In this review,the selected genes and research progress are introduced.
