小麦内生枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)T10菌株对小麦纹枯病的生防作用 被引量:6

摘要 通过活体植株实验测试了内生细菌枯草芽孢杆菌T10菌株在灭菌土和天然土两种不同的培养基质上对小麦纹枯病的防治效果,结果显示T10菌株可以明显地降低小麦纹枯病的病情指数和发病率,可以使病情指数分别下降82.6%和82%,发病率分别下降76.5%和78.4%.测定了T10菌株处理后小麦叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶等与抗病相关的酶类的活性变化情况,通过SDS-PAGE测定了T10菌株处理后小麦叶片中病程相关蛋白的变化.结果显示,经T10菌株处理后的小麦体内的上述3类酶活性均有一定程度的增强,叶片中病程相关蛋白也出现部分蛋白条带颜色加深的现象.由此推断,枯草芽孢杆菌T10菌株可以通过诱导植物产生抗病相关的酶类来增强植株的抗病能力. In vivo experiments were used to test the biocontrol efficacy of Bacillus subtilis T10 strain against wheat sharp eyespot in sterilized soil and natural soil. The results showed that T10 strain could significantly reduce the incidence and severity of wheat sharp eyespot. The disease index decreased by 82.6% and 82M, the morbidity decreased by 76.5% and 78.4%. The comparative measurements tested the POD, PPO, β 1,3- glueanas which are the plant defense enzymes in wheat leaves before and after the intruduction of strain T10. We also monitored pathogenesis-related proteins (PRs) in wheat leaves by SDS-PAGE after treatment of strain T10. SDS-PAGE showed that partly PRs bands were deepened. The experiments showed that strain T10 can activate the above three glucanas and thus strengthen the plants defense responses and can he used as the mechanism of systemic resistance in the disease control activity of the T10 strain.
