高职焊接专业高端技能型人才培养实践教学体系的构建与实践——以四川工程职业技术学院为例

Construction and practice of the teaching system in fostering the high skilled welding talents in the vocational college——taking the Sichuan Engineering Technical College as an example

立足高端装备制造业对高端技能型人才的紧迫需求,针对高职实践教学体系存在的实践教学内容和方法相对陈旧,技能训练与专业技术知识脱节,学生综合实践能力不足;培养标准不明晰,课程资源、实训条件、教材质量、师资水平对培养目标支撑不够;以及以焊接为代表的制造类专业高端技能型人才培养成本高、成长周期长,培养效率不高等问题,四川工程职业技术学院与企业联合开展研究和实践,探索形成了"高端技能型人才培养实践教学体系"。

In this paper,based on high-end equipment manufacturing industl7 in urgent demand for high-technological talents, Aiming at the existing problems of practical teaching system in Higher Vocational Schools,such as practiee teaching content and method were relatively old,the skill training and professional and technical knowledge were incompatible, students＂ comprehensive practical ability were lack,training standard was not clear,curriculum resourees and teaching quality and leachers＂ level were not enough support for the goal of cultivation; cultivation of high cost, low efficiency and the growth cycle long, etc. Sichuan Engineering Technical College and enterprises were to carry out joint research and practice to explore the formation of the ＂the leaching system in fostering the high skilled welding talents in the vocational college＂.
