S30408与Q345R的埋弧焊焊接工艺

摘要 同种钢由于焊接性能相同焊接起来容易,而异种钢有着焊接性能的差异,焊缝金属化学成分容易产生偏析,导致焊缝产生裂纹,选择合适的焊接材料和焊接工艺变得极其重要。将几种不同焊丝和焊剂进行组合,对埋弧焊焊接接头进行检验对比分析,得到一组较为理想的焊丝与焊剂组合即ER309L与SJ601的组合。 The same kind of steels can weld easily because of the similar welding performances,but the dissimilar steel have a difference of welding performance. The chemical composition of welding metal produced segregation,which results in the welding crack. So choosing the appropriate welding material and welding technology becomes extremely important. This paper have a test and use submerged arc welding to comparative analysis on welding joints from assembles of several different welding wires and flux, then get the ideal combination of ER309L and SJ601.
