摘要 利用ANSYS12.0软件模拟了TRIP800钢点焊初期点焊接头的预压应力场及熔核形成过程中温度场的变化,揭示了点焊过程预压应力场对熔核温度场的影响、熔核的形成过程中温度场分布云图。通过与实际点焊接头熔核大小的比较,证明模拟结果准确可靠,可以作为生产实践的理论参考。 In this paper, both the spot welding early TRIP800 steel spot-welded joint preloading stress field and the change of the temperature field in the melt nucleation process of TRIP800 steel were simulated by ANSYS12.0 finite-element analysis software. The spot welding preloading stress how to affect the change of core melt temperature field and The formation process of molten nuclear temperature field distribution in the cloud were discovered by this paper. The Simulation results are proved to be accurate and reliable by comparing the actual spot welding nuclear and simulation of mohen nuclear size, which will be helpful to the production practice of the theory.
