激光焊接中送丝控制系统研究

摘要 针对0.3 mm厚薄板激光焊接工艺要求精度高和对间隙要求严格等问题,研究了自动送丝系统的硬件系统、软件控制系统、焊接工艺参数等。采用直径为0.3 mm的焊丝作为填充金属。实际运行结果表明:自动送丝焊接系统可以精确地将焊丝送到焊缝位置,而且送丝速度与激光焊接速度匹配良好;有效提高了激光焊接最大的容许间隙及加工效率。 Aim to the 0.3 mm thick sheet laser welding process has high requirements,such as accuracy and gap,the auto sending wire system's hardware System, software control system and welding parameters are designed. 0.3 mm wire is used as filler metal in the test. The actual operating results show: the auto sending wire system can actually send the wire to the weld position,the sending s peed and laser welding speed matches well,which efficiently increase the laser weld's biggest allow clearance and processing efficiency.
