电阻-激光组合点焊工艺对热冲压高强钢焊接接头力学性能的影响

摘要 通过实验研究了热冲压高强钢在电阻-激光组合点焊这种新焊接工艺方法下,点接接头各区域力学性能、显微组织和断裂机理。研究结果表明,电阻-激光组合点焊接头的强度和韧性要比单独电阻或者单独激光点焊接头提高许多。整个点焊接头分为两个焊接区:电阻焊接区与激光焊接区。相比母材和激光焊接区,电阻焊接区的硬度值较小。软化区为回火组织,激光外侧软化区最为薄弱。 This paper studied for mechanical properties,microstructure and fracture mechanism of each joint for hot stamping high strength steel through the new Laser resistance hybrid welding process. The research results show that this kind joint strength and toughness for Laser resistance hybrid welding process is more strong than single resistance or single laser spot welding. The whole is divided into two welding spot welding joint area: resistance welding and laser welding area. Compared with the parent metal and laser welding area, smaller values of the resistance welding zone hardness. Softening zone for tempering organization, laser lateral softening area is the most weak.
