摘要
如何周期性地安排新兵体能训练,是新兵体能训练计划制定的核心内容。对于新兵而言,必须通过合理的周期安排来逐步培养其正确的动作模式与训练观念,提高其训练效率与身体能力。通过对我军部分单位新兵训练计划的调查,结合新兵体能状况分析与研究,提出新兵体能训练计划周期安排的主要特点,以期为完善我军新兵体能训练的科学性和规范性提供参考,为部队战斗力的提高提供帮助。
How to periodically arrange the recruits physical training is the core content of drawing up recruits physical training plan.For recruits,they must be gradually developed correct movement patterns and training idea through the reasonable periodic arrangement,in order to improve their training efficiency and physical ability.In this paper,through the investigation on the recruits physical training plan to part of our army units and combined with the analysis and research of recruits physical condition,we have put forward the main characteristics of periodic arrangement for the recruits physical training plan,so as to provide reference for improving the scientific and normative of the recruits physical training to our army,and to provide help for increasing the army′s combat effectiveness.
