锻炼行为习惯差异下的大学生身体素质研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨锻炼行为习惯与大学生身体素质的关系,采用问卷调查法、测量法及数理统计法,对沈阳市1200名在校大学生进行调查与测试。结果显示:良好锻炼行为习惯与男生的下肢爆发力、上肢力量、肌耐力、下肢柔韧性,女生的速度、下肢爆发力和肌耐力呈显著正向关系;而男生的前臂力量、速度,女生的前臂力量、腰腹力量、下肢柔韧性受个体生长差异、性别特征及运动选项多重因素的影响,导致差异不明显。可见,良好的锻炼行为习惯有益于大学生身体素质的提高,对形成终身体育意识有着积极的影响。 To Stady the relationship between the habit of physical exercise behavior and college students′physical quality,we deliberate with questionnaire survey measurement and mathematical statistics to investigate 1200 college students in Shenyang.The result shows:the good habit of physical exercise behavior has significant positive effects on boys′lower limb explosive force,upper limb strength,muscle endurance and lower limb flexibility,and on girls′speed,lower limb explosive force and muscle endurance.The boys′forearm strength and speed,girls′forearm strength,waist and abdomen strength,and lower limb flexibility,were influenced by the difference between individual gender characteristics;while movement options of multiple factors have no obvious difference.So,good habit of physical exercise behavior is beneficial to improve college hstudents′physical quality,which has positive effect on formation of lifetime sports consciousness.
