Exploration and Practice of Combat-Oriented Small Arms Shooting Training Reform

轻武器射击训练是部队和院校军事训练的重要内容,是当前军事训练实战化改革的突破口。推进射击训练实战化,必须明确射击训练实战化的重要意义,把握好几个关键问题:一是技术必须与战术相结合,二是技能必须与体能相融合,三是射击训练必须融入其他战场实用技术,四是要广泛开展对抗射击训练,五是要注重发挥武器的作战效能,六是要营造"实景化"训练环境,七是要设置实战化考核条件及标准。

As an important part of daily military training for field troops and military academies,shooting training is the breakthrough of the current combat-oriented military training reform.To push forward the combat-oriented shooting training,one must be clear about its significance first,and then adhere to the following key points：First,technique must be combined with tactics;second,skill must be integrated with physical performance;third,shooting training must be integrated with other practical battlefield techniques;fourth,conduct counterwork shooting training widely;fifth,focus on the combat efficacy of the weapons;sixth,create＂real combat＂training environment;seventh,establish combat-oriented exam conditions and standards.
