摘要
大学毕业生就业困难的原因,有毕业生人数增长引来竞争加剧的问题,有高校培养模式的问题,有用人单位择人标准的问题,有学生自身的心理问题。在对大学生就业难成因梳理分析的基础上,从转变高校人才培养模式,引导学生转变就业思维模式,创新就业机制等方面对破解大学生就业难这一问题提出思路和对策,希望通过多方因素的综合合力,努力破解大学生就业难题。
Employment of college students is faced with some difficulties in present,which may be caused by fierce competition from the increasing number of the graduates,the training model of the university,the standard of choosing employee and the psychology of the graduates.To solve this problem of employment difficulty,we propose some ideas and strategies based on the explicit analysis of difficult in employment for graduates,which include transforming the training model of the university,guiding the graduates to transform the thinking patterns of employment,and the innovative employment mechanism,and also hope to improve the employment quality of university graduates through the multi-integrated factors.
