研究性教学在《法理学》课程中的实践与探索 被引量:4

摘要 研究性教学打破了原来的被动接受型的教学模式,建立了以学生为主体、教师引导的平等教与学的理念,正在大学各学科教学中得到不同程度的应用。法理学作为法学专业的基础课,应用研究性教学具有激发学生学习自主性、培养初步科研能力等重要意义。文章从教学实践出发,分析了通过问题研讨、案例教学等多种方法在法理学教学中应用研究性教学的可能,并提出了目前存在的问题和解决的建议。 Research - teaching, aiming at developing university students' creation spirits and research ability, which broke the tradition- al teaching mode of “passively accepting”, established the idea of students as main body, teacher as guider, equal teaching - learning, are being used at various level in teaching practices for all subjects. As basic subject for law major,application of research - teaching can stimulate students' independent learning, develop students' research ability. This article starts from teaching practice, made an a- nalysis to possibility of apply research -teaehing to jurisprudence teaching, through various method like topic discussing, case teaching, and listed the problems exists and suggestion to solve them.
