300MW循环流化床锅炉优化运行探讨

摘要 循环流化床锅炉作为一种环保节能新型发电设备,因其煤种适应范围广、经济得到快速的发展,其数量和容量不断增加,但是循环流化床锅炉60%~70%的锅炉出力不足、排烟损失大,厂用电率高。本文对循环流化床锅炉启动、运行调整、各辅机设备改造优化运行方面进行分析,来提高循环流化床锅炉效率。 CFB boiler is a kind of environmental protection and energy saving of new power genera- tion equipment, great progress has been made in the CFB boiler because of the economical friendly features of its coal type. The number and capacity increasing, but tthe boiler of circulating fluidized bed boilers 60% ~ 70% of the insufficient output and exhaust loss and the Factory electricity rate is high. This article is aimed to improve the efficiency of the CFB boiler units by the analysis of several methods consisting of equipment transformation and adjustment of operation ways.
